Lotah the Revolutionary

One of the gods of justice, Lotah enforces fairness and equality. With his blessings, the poor experience windfalls, and the rich find hardship. Rulers that do not promote equity among their citizens often find themselves visited by the black fox. Because of this nature, he is considered to be the most troublesome of the gods of justice.

It is said that Lotah wanders the primeval forests of Jemmora with Monah as a great black fox, discussing the philosophy and morality of laws. Lotah’s symbol is a balanced set of scales.
